Order Cutoff Times
- Orders before 5:00 PM: eligible for delivery as soon as 2 days later
- Orders after 5:00 PM: require 3 days for preparation and delivery

- 4:00-6:00 PM
- 6:00-7:00 PM
Local Pickup
Daily 2:00-6:00 PM, one-hour windows, at: 4306 Bonnell, Austin, TX
Missed or Failed Deliveries
Because of Austin's heat, we never leave arrangements unattended outdoors. If no one's available, we'll leave it with reception/front desk if possible — otherwise we'll reach out to arrange redelivery for a fee. Not responsible for delays from incorrect address/contact info at checkout.
Special Delivery Instructions
If you provide special delivery instructions (e.g. "leave at the door"), we'll follow them exactly — but we're not responsible for the arrangement once those instructions have been carried out.
