- In Water — Arrives hydrated in an aqua box, so it stays fresh from studio to door.
- Signature Packaging — Nestled in our signature bag, ready to gift exactly as it arrives.
- Photo Updates — We text you a photo before your bouquet heads out, and again once it's delivered — just make sure to provide your correct phone number at checkout.

Order Lead Times
- Classic Roses — ready in 24–48 hours
- Unique Garden Roses — please allow 7 days, as these are specially sourced for your order
We recommend placing your order a little in advance to make sure your flowers arrive exactly when you want them.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
To protect your blooms from the Austin heat, we never leave arrangements unattended outdoors. If no one's available, we'll leave your delivery with reception or the front desk when possible — otherwise we'll reach out to arrange redelivery (a small fee applies). Please double-check your address and contact info at checkout, as delays from incorrect details are outside our control.
Special Delivery Instructions
If you provide special delivery instructions (e.g. "leave at the door"), we'll follow them exactly — but we're not responsible for the arrangement once those instructions have been carried out.
