Schedule: Part-Time, Hourly — starting at ~8 hrs/week, gradual ramp-up beginning late August

About Ivory Wild
Ivory Wild is a luxury floral studio in Austin, TX, creating handcrafted bouquets made with intention. Our mission is simple: to remind people that the same beauty living within flowers, lives within them. We offer events and workshops, and we're building something new — a hands-on project rooted in that same purpose.
About the Role
We're looking for a Floral Designer / Lead Florist to join us for this new project, built in phases. We'll start with prep and ordering in the weeks ahead, moving into full execution and bouquet creation beginning in October. This starts as a part-time, hourly role at ~8 hours a week — with real room to grow as the project builds.
What You'll Do
- Help shape the creative vision — mood boards and visual references for each bouquet
- Translate that vision into floral recipes
- Execute those recipes into finished bouquets
- Package each piece with the same intention as the design — boxes, vases, and wrapped bouquets
What We're Looking For
- A sharp eye for detail — color, texture, and design
- Real technical skill and experience creating bouquets across different styles
- Experience executing packaging with care
- Highly organized, growth-minded — there's a lot of room to learn and grow here
